Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  • No cash refunds – only product exchanges are accepted.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Payment Policy

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley:
    Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
  • Outside Kathmandu Valley:
    Advance payment is required prior to delivery.
